Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)

  • Individuals with an ITIN who reside and work within the United States but do not possess US citizenship.
     

Required evidence

  • Unexpired ITIN card or IRS issued letter verifying ITIN issuance and unexpired government photo ID (driver’s license, passport, visa, etc.).

  • 2 year history of residing and working in the US

  • Valid US FICO with minimum 2 scores

  • 12 month housing history is required

  • The PWE must meet minimum tradelines: 3 tradelines reporting for 12+ months with activity in the last 12 months or 2 tradelines reporting for 24+ months with activity in the last 12 months

  • If the PWE has 3 credit scores, the minimum tradeline requirement is waived
