My Story - Client Success & Growth Strategist

I’ve been in mortgage lending since 1991—back when deals were built on conversations, not emails or text messages. That foundation shaped how I do business today: I still believe the best way to move a deal forward is by picking up the phone and working through it together.

My background is rooted in portfolio lending, with experience at Great Western Bank, Washington Mutual, and Union Bank before joining 5th Street Capital. Over the years, I’ve expanded into Non-QM products and enjoy the strategy behind structuring solutions for more complex transactions.

What truly sets me apart is my commitment to relationships. I prioritize trust, responsiveness, and consistency so my clients and partners always feel supported. I understand that when brokers have the right lending partner, it strengthens their relationships with agents and referral partners—and ultimately drives better, more consistent deal flow.
