Maureen Bosard is a seasoned mortgage professional and Account Executive at 5th Street Capital with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing strong, lasting relationships with mortgage brokers while helping them navigate complex loan scenarios and grow their businesses.
Maureen takes a highly collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every partnership. With a deep understanding of underwriting and loan structuring, she works closely with brokers to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver the right lending solutions for their clients. An active leader in the mortgage community, Maureen has been a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) and previously served as President of the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Association. Her involvement in these organizations helps her stay at the forefront of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving market dynamics, insight she regularly shares with the brokers she supports.
Outside the office, Maureen enjoys staying active through workouts and running, spending time with her dogs, and getting out on the boat whenever she can on a hot summer day.
