Knowledge is power!   My business partners and my peers can look to me for a deep product expertise and a consistently innovative approach to lifting loan originators over their non-QM hurdles.  We carry a wide variety of investors and products at 5th Street Capital, which can be daunting to many.  My team charges me with keeping my finger on the pulse of where our investor products are headed and how they can best serve our broker partners.
